4. Pricing, Bookings, and Payments

• GAIA Night & Special Events: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by GAIA Tours.
• Force Majeure & Weather Hazards: If extreme weather conditions (such as desert flash floods in Wadi Rum or Petra canyon closures) necessitate schedule adjustments or route cancellations, alternative dates, travel credits, or refunds of recoverable costs will be provided.

6. Traveler Responsibilities

• Travel Documents: Travelers must hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and secure necessary Jordanian entry visas or health declarations prior to travel.

• Health & Fitness: Travelers are required to disclose any significant mobility limitations or medical conditions before booking physically demanding excursions.
• Local Regulations & Conduct: Guests must comply with Jordanian statutory laws and site regulations (including historical preservation protocols). Disruptive or unlawful conduct may result in immediate dismissal from the tour without compensation.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of these Terms or related services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Amman (Palace of Justice).
